RepTrip

Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of the website reptrip.io and to the meeting-coordination service provided by RepTrip (“RepTrip”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the person using the website, or the institution that asks us to arrange meetings together with the person acting on its behalf. By using the website or asking us to arrange meetings, you agree to these terms.

1. What RepTrip does

RepTrip helps universities, language schools, boarding schools and other education providers arrange meetings with local education agents (student-recruitment agents) during trips abroad. Based on the dates, cities and requirements you give us, we identify agents who may be relevant, contact them and put together a schedule of meetings.

2. The website

The website gives general information about RepTrip and the service. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance; work is agreed as described in section 3.

You may view and print pages for your own reference. Please do not copy website content for commercial use without our permission, try to disrupt the website, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.

3. Agreeing work for a trip

Each trip is agreed with you by email before we start. We confirm the scope (cities, dates, and the number and type of meetings you would like), the fee and payment terms, and any terms for changes and cancellation. If something in that written agreement differs from these terms, the written agreement applies to that trip.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

5. Education agents are independent

Education agents are independent businesses. They are not RepTrip’s employees, partners or representatives, and we do not control how they work. We aim to approach agents who are relevant to you and to pass on what we know about them, but introducing an agent is not an endorsement or a recommendation to contract with them.

Any agreement you make with an agent, including on commission, recruitment targets and quality standards, is between you and the agent alone. RepTrip is not a party to it and is not responsible for its performance. You remain responsible for your own due diligence on any agent you choose to work with.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

We do our best to arrange the meetings you ask for and to confirm them before you travel. However, agents decide for themselves whether to meet, and they may cancel, change the time or not attend. We do not guarantee a particular number of meetings unless we have agreed that in writing, and we never guarantee the outcome of a meeting, including agent agreements, applications, enrolments or revenue.

7. Changes and cancellations

If your dates or cities change, tell us as soon as possible and we will try to adjust the schedule. Any fees for changes or cancellations are those set out in the agreement for your trip.

8. Confidentiality

We treat information about your institution’s recruitment plans as confidential and use it only to provide the service. To arrange meetings, we need to tell agents who you are, when you will be in their city and what you recruit for; we share no more than that requires. Please treat the agent details and schedules we send you as information for your institution’s own use.

9. Personal data

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The website, its text and design, and the RepTrip name and logo belong to RepTrip or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond what you need to use the website and the service.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that:

The website is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the website or relying on its content.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its “Last updated” date. Changes do not affect work already agreed for a trip unless you agree to them.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement.

14. Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a concern about these terms or the service, email hello@reptrip.io. We will try to resolve any issue with you directly and promptly.
